Who We Are
Our multi-disciplinary team combines decades of experience in security, adaptations and housing services. What unites us is a shared commitment to delivering measurable results for our partners – and complete peace of mind for the people who rely on our services.
Our Story
Secure Horizon began life in 2009 as 24-7 Locks Ltd – a Birmingham start-up backed by The Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme. We quickly gained recognition, winning the RBS Enterprise Award for the West Midlands in 2011. Since then, we’ve expanded delivery across the West Midlands, East Midlands, London, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. By building teams rooted in these regions, we’ve combined community-level knowledge with the capacity to mobilise rapidly – and grown into a truly nationwide service.
In 2025, we rebranded as Secure Horizon to reflect our expanded offering and ongoing commitment: protecting vulnerable residents, strengthening communities, and supporting our partners with responsive, evidence-based services.
What’s more, our roots with The Prince’s Trust continue today with the King’s Trust: our Managing Director, Paul Hentrich, regularly mentors young entrepreneurs through the Enterprise Programme – sharing practical guidance on building sustainable, community-minded businesses.
Our Leadership Team & Specialists
PAUL HENTRICH
Founder of Secure Horizon, Paul launched the company with the support of The Prince’s Trust in 2009. As a recognised community safety specialist, he brings entrepreneurial drive and deep expertise in security solutions that protect vulnerable people and strengthen communities.
AMY
Amy provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services. She leads our operational teams with a strong focus on excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standards.
CHLOE
- BIRMINGHAM OFFICE
Chloe leads on ensuring that our delivery of Sanctuary and Target hardening contracts is in line with the high standards we set and in line with Client support objectives . She focuses on delivering effective communications, timely services and achieving positive client outcomes.
SIAN
– GLOUCESTER OFFICE
Sian leads on service delivery and workforce management. She is responsible for making sure our frontline teams are fully equipped, trained and supported to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes across all adaptations, hospital discharge and handyperson contracts.
TESS
Tess is in charge of accounts, payroll, invoicing, cost analysis and financial forecasting. Tess also oversees our Social Value commitments and delivery; employee volunteering programme; ISO 9001 quality management compliance and vehicle fleet management.
DAVE
As an accredited Master Locksmith, Dave oversees our nationwide team of Security Engineers, Dave has completed 1000s of home security assessments and ensures knowledge and best practice are passed on to newer recruits. Dave also manages supply chain relations and stock control.
DEAN
– GLOUCESTER OFFICE
Dean is a Level 3 Trusted Assessor who leads our Minor Adaptations and Handyperson Service Engineers across the UK. He is responsible for ensuring all minor adaptations are delivered to the highest standards, providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and operational support to engineers across multiple regions.

Together, our team brings more than 50 years of combined experience across policing, housing, health and community safety. From strategic leadership to frontline coordination, we have the skills and dedication to deliver services that are both people-centred and compliance-assured.
